New iqs web application saves time

A customer visit is due and the product history is still not complete as (once again) you haven’t had enough time to complete the long research. From now on this is no longer a deal breaker as everything can be achieved with a mouse click using the iqs web application.

The new web application within the iqs CAQ system enables you to look at and show the latest quality information with regard to a product. Relevant data such as complaints, part changes, sampling status and concessions are automatically
taken from the different modules of the iqs CAQ system. For your customers, it means you will always have the right documents to hand.

In addition every authorised in-house employee will be able to see the data via the intranet. This will reduce further enquiries from purchasing or sales and marketing and the time savings can be put to better use.
