Appointments for direct support via remote access can be arranged to suit. For our online support we use the TeamViewer tool.
Our service and support portal gives you the opportunity to send service requests to our product support team quickly and easily and to check the processing status at any time. In order to support you with service questions on a higher level, our product support requires corresponding data and information in certain cases. You can transfer this information to us securely and encrypted with our iqs File Transfer tool. You can find the tool in our customer login.
Our software modules are constantly evolving and being equipped with new functionalities. Detailed information about the innovations and / or changes of the software versions can be found in our change description in the customer login.
